Redesigned in 2022 by architects, the apartment's spaces were reconfigured to create an opening fully oriented towards the ribbon window, maximizing openness and natural light. The living room, open and facing west, benefits from abundant light that beautifully enhances the carefully selected vintage furniture, which contributes significantly to the apartment's character: a Meuble K sideboard, a Togo sofa, and other pieces from the 1950s to the 1980s. The kitchen, with its white tones, features a black granite countertop, harmonizing with the flooring of the same color, and extends onto a small balcony. The travertine of the facade extends inside, notably in the low wall supporting the window and door frames and as the headboard in the bedroom, which is open and recessed like a loft. The clean lines of the bathroom tiles are original, as is the bathtub. Additional storage space on the landing and a cellar complete this property. A suspended panorama.
