Renovated by the architectural firm Atelier Lansac, its volumes have been enhanced to create a fluid and elegant living space. Moldings, high ceilings, and marble fireplaces have been reintegrated with a more contemporary reinterpretation, like the black repainted floor tiles that contrast with the immaculate walls. Its dual-aspect layout is centered around a vast entrance enhanced by a glass roof inspired by the work of Gio Ponti. To the north, the living room is punctuated by five large French windows that open onto the long balcony. Delimited by a counter that structures the space, the kitchen is clad in wood and black Zellige-style tiles. It extends into the dining room area framed by niches and the living room which is organized around a black marble fireplace. The living room continues with a large office which could, depending on the projects, evolve into a second living room or a fourth bedroom. To the south, the sleeping area benefits from unobstructed views of the heart of the block. The generous master bedroom bathed in light extends into a vast dressing room which leads to the bathroom in black tones. Two other bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, benefit from the same light and share a bathroom and a dressing room. A cellar completes this property.

Charm, singularity and elegance.
