Entirely redesigned by the UN JOUR D'AVRIL architectural firm, the Mediterranean-inspired apartment is adorned with soft hues and natural materials creating a perfect unity. Painted solid oak flooring, workshop glass roofs, masonry elements, custom-made joinery, and natural Bejmat coexist in a decor with a delicate palette. The duplex is organized around an aerial staircase in white perforated steel that structures the volumes and lets the light circulate. Each level gives everyone the opportunity to have their own space. The entrance, dressed in olive green, offers volume and organized storage behind beautiful original doors. This level is dedicated to the children's area with two bedrooms designed as en suites. Each of them presents a unique universe punctuated by colorful touches, integrated storage and graphic bathrooms with black faucets and frames. The bright white oak parquet flooring unifies this level extended by an immaculate office space. The staircase then leads to the living room largely open to the exterior by a three-leaf bay window full height. The space brings together a kitchen that mixes ceramic worktop and furniture with birch cladding with a living room organized around niches and a fireplace that warms the atmosphere. Behind a superb full-height copper glass roof, a bedroom treated as an en suite is drawn in transparency with its play of veils. It is dressed with a dressing room in cane, and a bathroom subtly separated from the bedroom by a mashrabiya screen. A laundry area completes this level.
