Just renovated by the Uname Studio architectural firm, this bright apartment exudes a warm atmosphere through the choice of materials and colors of its renovation. The curves are found harmoniously as a common thread: the walls, the staircase railing, the shower screen, the arches which distinguish the different spaces, the vaulted ceilings of the bedrooms, or even the kitchen splashback in the form of wave. The arrangement on two levels makes it possible to logically differentiate the spaces: the sleeping rooms at the bottom and the living rooms at the top, closer to the light. The double living room with its masonry library and its original marble fireplace open onto a first terrace with a water point. The semi-open kitchen in light tones is adorned with a recycled plastic worktop by Atelier Melt. On the night side, a first bedroom with dressing room is connected to the second terrace. The second bedroom is adorned with textured wallpaper. They share a bathroom with white Zelliges. A garden shed and a cellar complete this property.
