Redesigned in 2017 by architect Benjamin Descostes, the apartment is the result of a precise renovation promoting the art of living, all opening onto the beautifully planted garden where a century-old mulberry tree, a Japanese maple, privets and an albizia coexist harmoniously, bringing a touch of serenity to the city. The private entrance, through the garden, immediately sets the tone. The exterior provides a link with the main house and the outbuilding. An elegant wrought iron glass roof majestically welcomes the open and welcoming kitchen-diner, creating a fluid link between the living spaces. The omnipresent wood is the common thread throughout.
