Entirely revisited in 2022 by the architect Baptiste Legué, the apartment has been treated as a luxurious pied-à-terre, while respecting its original plan and elements. Everything here is a story of contrasts, subtly balanced for a result of extreme purity. The black Terrazzo blends elegantly with the white carpet, highlighting the living and dining area. The spaces are structured while being decompartmentalized, the perspectives are underlined. Preserved, the original full-height metal frames open to the north onto a balcony, a tribute to Le Corbusier's Villa Stein with its modernist railing, which offers an unobstructed view of the rooftops of Paris with the Eiffel Tower in the background. .
The kitchen, independent, is a mixture of elegance and ingenuity. The furniture is suspended to free up floor space, the cream-coloured lacquered fronts harmonize perfectly with the beige Terrazzo worktop. All the storage has been made to measure and fits perfectly with the household appliances.
On the night side, the bedroom is imagined as a hotel suite where the curved polished concrete effect dressing room seems to levitate above the floor and offers a real feeling of space and softness. The shower room, accessible from the bedroom, takes up the beige Granito of the kitchen as well as a waxed concrete effect facade as a reminder of the dressing room and the headboard.
A cellar completes this exceptional apartment.
A haven of purity within an emblematic architecture.

The renewal of standards of comfort and aesthetics, by the father of modern housing.
