Entirely redesigned in 2019 in the colorful and poetic world of the film Les Demoiselles de Rochefort, the house exudes a unique atmosphere combining character and modernity. Set back from the street, the charming facade, highlighted by green joinery, can be seen from the verdant country garden. On the ground floor, the generous entrance is enlivened by a green and white checkerboard floor, a rubble stone wall, and a custom-made staircase with built-in storage leading upstairs. Opening onto this space full of character, the cozy living room is arranged around a blond stone fireplace, complemented by a Stûv insert, combining functionality and comfort. On the opposite side, two adjoining bedrooms, one with a water feature, each open onto the garden. Upstairs, with a view of the trees, the open kitchen and dining room feature two large bay windows with green ironwork railings overlooking the garden to the east. The two rooms form a bright and welcoming space where pastel shades and colorful pendant lights blend together. Also on this level, a pantry and a master bedroom wrapped in blue, hidden behind a beautiful antique door, benefits from an adjoining shower room. The green garden, punctuated by fruit trees, is accompanied by a covered courtyard suitable for a workshop or bicycle shelter, as well as a 27 m² garage accessible from the street.
