CURCUMA

Completely renovated in 2020, the space was redistributed and fitted out to optimize the reception capacity and practical aspects. Thanks to its double openings, the living room facing South-West captures the light diffused up to the kitchen and its wall in turmeric tones. Taking advantage of the beautiful high ceilings, the volumes are structured by custom-made arrangements, kitchen, dining area, media space or claustra delimiting the staircase. The cornices, rosettes and designed boxes restore the antiquity of the building, contrasting with the jungle wallpaper or the light parquet flooring which unifies the whole apartment. The depth of the room is increased by a clever niche visible above the kitchen, dug by lowering the ceiling of the adjacent bathroom, and open onto the corridor leading to the patio and the master bedroom. The latter includes a dressing room and / or bunk area, separated from the master bed by fitted storage. The room is lit by the courtyard organized as a partly protected summer lounge. An additional bedroom created in souplex is naturally lit by two air vents. A laundry room and a cellar complete the optimization of the surfaces.
