Built in 2015, the house takes up the principles of modernism with clear lines and an assembly of geometric volumes. On two levels, the garden level features a vast living room with large windows overlooking the outdoors and triple orientation, and a kitchen that reflects the space with its tinted mirror credenza. The living room gives access to several intimate outdoor spaces with terraces around the heated swimming pool, surrounded by a landscaped garden and its petanque court. Also on this level are a suite with dressing room and shower room, an office and a laundry room. Upstairs, a semi-open space leads to two bedrooms with glazed corners, sharing a bathroom. A large 50 m² wooden annex in the typical Basin style houses a large independent bedroom with en-suite shower room, as well as a garage and carport.
