Designed as a welcoming family space, the floor plan has been opened up to emphasize the living space. The open kitchen in dark stone with graphic lines extends into the dining room and the cozy living room. The chosen materials--marble, metal, and light wood--interplay harmoniously with the neutral tones and soft textiles. The space is bathed in light thanks to its large black bay windows, opening onto the balcony. On the night side, the two bedrooms extend onto a second balcony and share a bathroom, clad in veined marble. Every detail reveals careful attention: integrated lighting, hidden storage, sculptural pendant lights, and interplay of materials give this place a unique character.
