Entirely redone in 2020 by the architect duo Nouvelle Maison Studio, it is the result of a strong commitment: to redefine and simplify volumes by creating pure lines and spaces in adequacy. The large entrance announces the color: a beautiful height under the ceiling which punctuates the whole place, supported by a deep black up to the ceiling. The west-facing living rooms are elegantly divided and dressed in muted colors that magnify the volumes and create a coherent unity. The living room is convivial and is adorned with a light library in forest green, created on one side of the fireplace. Opposite, the dining room is discreetly separated and plays on intimacy. The Knoll, Cinna, Verner Panton furniture that punctuates the room blends elegantly with the existing floor tiles. The separate kitchen is enhanced by a slender, refined and warm perspective with its Dekton worktop with greige veining, combined with an undermount sink and brushed brass taps. The east-facing sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, sharing a bathroom with porcelain stoneware Terrazzo tiling. The choice of black fittings and Kartell mirrors in bluish plexiglass highlights the patterns and colors, while the Corian furniture and the white walls accentuate the mineral aspect of the room.
A cellar and a maid's room complete the property.
