CARMIN

Designed in L, its plan is built around the south-facing terrace, which immediately provides a feeling of calm with its enveloping light. At the entrance, a corridor leads first of all to a long kitchen and a bathroom, both dressed in their graphic tiles and natural light effects. A first bedroom takes place, adorned with the original honey-colored oak parquet flooring which covers the entire apartment. Then, the living room in warm colors where the woodwork underlines the sophisticated cachet of the place, opens on one level onto the open-air terrace. In the extension, a winter garden is the link with the centerpiece: a splendid studio room with fully glazed sides, offering perspectives and modern looks, which can be used as a second bedroom or second living room as desired.
