Completely rehabilitated, it offers a privileged location in the heart of the port, in an environment of strong blue and white contrasts, between the shores of creeks and limestone rocks, on the edge of the Calanques National Park. Designed on two levels, it houses two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom. The furniture reflects the architectural style of the house: simple and refined. White waxed concrete, waxed concrete sink, and ceramic Ferres take place. They open onto a small courtyard via brickwork frames. Upstairs, past a terrazzo-style sanded concrete staircase, the living room takes place with the semi-separate bespoke kitchen. Furnished with a hard bench seat and a fixed table with steel legs and a driftwood worktop, it opens via a Schà¼co aluminum window onto a first terrace of approximately 20 m² where it is good lunch. The space hosts a summer kitchen, itself extended by a terrace of around 15 m² with a mosaic pool.
