Completely redesigned, this place is the result of bringing together two apartments. The distribution of rooms has been completely redesigned, now developing on two levels. The first includes the living rooms punctuated by a row of three windows facing west, accentuating the volumes and ceiling heights. The entrance under the alcove leads to a first masonry and open office area. Open-plan, the large living room with solid oak parquet flooring includes the living room with its functional marble fireplace, facing the open kitchen in black tones, designed around the second fireplace. A superb cast concrete table naturally demarcates the spaces and makes the whole thing welcoming. The first floor is entirely devoted to the bedroom, treated en suite with its adjoining bathroom. The ceiling is covered with wooden beams of the frame and lit by roof windows. On the floor, the light parquet makes the space even warmer.
