BARRAGÁN

Designed on two levels, the house is made up of two buildings linked together by the entrance space. The desire to create a colorful universe also combines inspirations from the South: the house is contemporary while integrating Provençal codes with its shutters and Cassis stone. The first level accommodates a large kitchen with a terrazzo worktop which fits perfectly with the staircase. The large white slab floor is warmed by the walnut kitchen units and the joinery which adds a little 1950s touch. The large openings allow the inside-outside of the dining room which extends thanks to the arbor onto a shaded terrace . Further on, the small mosaic swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden beach lined with agapanthus and cacti. On the intermediate, more intimate level, the living room takes place. Upstairs, the sleeping area is revealed which accommodates a master suite with its terracotta bathroom as well as its independent dressing room. Two children's bedrooms share an immaculate bathroom. On the lower level and in the basement, a large laundry room as well as an independent guest bedroom with its bathroom open onto a small patio. Two parking spaces as well as a wine cellar complete this unique property.
