Designed in light and pure colors, the apartment benefits from a soft and warm atmosphere, accentuated by its light solid oak parquet flooring. The delimited entrance opens on one side onto the living room and on the other onto the equipped kitchen semi-open to the living room like a theatrical opening onto the stage offered by the succession of windows of the living room. The living room is intended to be modular as it is possible to project itself as a good-sized studio or as two rooms. This centerpiece punctuated by symmetrical beams is sublimated by the painting of the period railing all in geometry. Finally, set back, is a bathroom with a window overlooking a small courtyard and a floor in colored cement tiles. A live-in caretaker completes the venue's amenities.
