Previously renovated, it elegantly combines the volumes of the old building with a more contemporary renovation. Bathed in light from the west, the spaces are framed by a row of six black aluminum windows facing west. The living area is composed of two beautiful reception rooms whose solid oak parquet flooring emphasizes the unity. The circulation is fluid thanks to a passage at the front and back. On one side, the living room is punctuated with travel objects, with its cozy office area; on the other, the dining room extends naturally towards the open kitchen, designed with a convivial logic in mind with its central island. The sleeping area houses two intimate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of them is distinguished by a delicate mosaic and brass fittings, while custom-made storage completes the ensemble.
