Recently renovated, the place is both elegant and exuberant thanks to a baroque reinterpretation which has brought to light the original elements. Floor tiles and marble fireplaces rub shoulders with bold paintings, colorful furniture, Roman-inspired decor and designer pieces from the 1960s.
The entrance sets the tone with its majestic door with subtle ironwork, its graphic floor and the Resource peacock blue that adorns its ceiling. In its continuity, a vestibule with theatrical decor intensified by a Zeppelin suspension serves the different spaces. To the east, the large living room lit by two large French windows is organized around a marble fireplace. In the West, the kitchen, which has retained its original woodwork, is dressed in the love pink of Sarah Lavoine for Ressource, in a deliberately retro spirit. A corridor then leads to three large bedrooms with aerial views, which follow one another in a row in an equally glamorous atmosphere. All rooms overlook a balcony suspended above the city, framing the whole place. An office, a bathroom with colored tiles and a cellar complete this property.
