Redesigned in 2021 by architects Alexandre Cazzola and Floriane Finck, the apartment spreads over two levels. On the first floor, the space is organized around a vast living room extended outside with the sky as its horizon. The kitchen, with custom-made joinery, is adorned with a subtle dialogue between light wood, black Dekton, and white facades. The central island, a true pivot of the room, is accompanied by a built-in table that structures the space without ever disrupting the flow. In the living room, a hidden overhead projector and a high-end Dolby stereo system give it the feel of a perched cinema. Northwest light streams in generously through the large bay windows, emphasizing the indoor-outdoor continuity and giving the terrace the appearance of a hanging garden where one lives as an extension of the living room. A laundry room is added to this level. The black banister of the staircase marks the verticality of the space and leads upstairs. The sleeping area is designed in a cozy atmosphere, punctuated by integrated storage and openings framing the light. The circulation, softened by a rounded wall, leads to the master suite with dressing room and adjoining bathroom with a superb walk-in shower. Two other bedrooms are added to this level, featuring a full-length balcony, and sharing a large bathroom. A double cellar and two parking spaces complete this rare property.
