Built in 2020 within a secure residential park, the house is developed on two levels distributed with the desire to offer maximum perspectives and light. The sober facade on the street side contrasts with that on the sea side, formed like a real glass curtain wall: inside each room benefits from the view of the ocean and the forest, outside the facade largely reflects the landscape. The effect of immersion in nature is thus twofold. The reception rooms benefit from exceptional volumes and are entirely open to the terraces, the swimming pool, and the garden with the sea in their sights. The living room space is built around a contemporary gas fireplace. The dining area extends the large open kitchen with its blond wood facade which subtly integrates an invisible service door. A fully glazed covered passage gives access to a unique convertible terrace constituting a second convivial reception space, with its outdoor kitchen and dining room. On the night side, the first part is made up of two suites with dressing room and bathroom, enlarged by their terrace with sea view. On the upper level, the second space has two bedrooms: a master suite floating on the ocean as well as a second. A sports hall completes the level. A soundproofed music room, a laundry room, numerous storage spaces and a double garage complete the property.
