Entirely redesigned and rehabilitated in 2016, the apartment offers beautiful contemporary appointments: herringbone parquet, bespoke Schüco aluminum joinery, waxed concrete and ipé... nothing less was needed to set the scene. While retaining the volumes of the old, the apartment offers a logical plan and is spread over two inverted levels, facing North-West.
After a sanded concrete staircase and a Klein blue wall adorned with Charlotte Perriand sconces, the first level consists of the sleeping area. Here, four beautiful bedrooms, one of which is hidden behind a custom-made glass roof, two shower rooms and a bathroom take place. A family room and a laundry room complete this level. Lower down, the large living room is revealed, punctuated by the different spaces: the kitchen with its oak worktop and its credenza in the same blue as upstairs, the dining room and the living room, in a mix harmonious where cheerfulness is in order. Then, we let ourselves be sucked in by the outside, with its large ipé terrace on two levels. Highlight of the show: a swimming pool bordered by a wooden beach gives a taste of escape.
Outdoor storage and an indoor parking space complete this house-like apartment.
