Freshly redesigned by architect Marie Lacube, the apartment retains its original features, with a contemporary twist. The entrance hall is adorned with a library of alcoves and opens onto the immense double living room, with its marble fireplace and original stained-glass windows. The kitchen area is an extension of the living room and remains to be imagined. Facing South and East, the living space is bathed in light and its unobstructed views give the impression of overlooking the surrounding countryside.
A space that could be converted into an office or bedroom communicates directly with the living room. Thanks to its generous surface area, the first bedroom could easily be divided into two intimate children's bedrooms under the slope. It has a lovely retro-influenced shower room. The second bedroom is treated as a master suite, and boasts an elegant waxed concrete bathroom with bath and shower. Its light tones add a touch of softness to the space.
