Built by the Pietri Architectes firm, the building stands as a welcome in the eyes of Marseillais or foreigners arriving in the metropolis by rail, land or even sea. Its facades are made up of a multitude of white concrete vaults of several dimensions which give the tower a tree-like design and give it its unique appearance. The apartment is discovered via a corridor decorated with a panoramic view of Port-Cros in order to prepare for the views. The open-plan and generous living room immediately plunges into the sea. The alcove bay windows frame the spectacular views of the Côte Bleue and the graphic La Marseillaise tower by Jean Nouvel. The layout is warm thanks to a light oak package and highlights the views which change with the light and the fantastic sunsets. Accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms, the suspended terrace offers a view of the city and its set of roofs dominated by Notre-Dame de la Garde. The two generous bedrooms share a clean bathroom.
